Cancellation policy

Stays of fewer than 28 nights

• Cancel 14 or more days before check-in: full refund.
• Cancel 7 to 13 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation cost.
• Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

The cleaning fee is refunded in full whenever you cancel before check-in, and your security deposit is never at risk from a cancellation.

Stays of 28 nights or more

• Cancel 30 or more days before check-in: full refund.
• Cancel within 30 days of check-in: the first 30 nights are non-refundable. Anything you have paid for nights after the first 30 is refunded.
• Once your stay has started: you can end it early by giving us 30 days’ notice in writing. You pay for those 30 days, and any later nights you have already paid for are refunded.

How to cancel

Email us at bookings@enchanteddwellings.co.uk with your name, the property and your dates. A cancellation takes effect when we receive your email, and we will confirm it in writing within one working day.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days.

If we have to cancel

It is rare, but if a serious problem means we cannot provide your home (for example a major leak or a failure of essential services), we will offer you a comparable home nearby. If that does not suit you, we will refund everything you have paid for the nights affected.

Bookings made through Airbnb

If you booked one of our homes through Airbnb or another platform, that platform’s cancellation policy applies to your booking instead of this one.

Corporate bookings

Corporate clients may have different terms agreed in writing. Where they do, those agreed terms apply.
